Q: What kind of shipping is there?
A: We ship packages in 4 different ways. We ship First-Class USPS, Priority USPS, Express USPS, Overnight
USPS. Remeber that the faster you will want your product shipped the more int will cost.
Q: What does sleeper rapid fire mean?
A: When you have the sleeper rapid fire on your controller there will be three speeds and there is
no momentary switch that you have to use. All you have to use when this kit is installed is the connection button to the right
of your left bumper. All you need to do is press it in once for the speed to change, but when you do want to change it make
sure you don't hold in the button because it will disconnect your controller.
Q: What if I dont have the right tools to open and install the kit?
A: You can send you controller to us if you would like us to mod it in any way. We will paint it
for you, install your mod kit, and ship it back to you. Dont worry we won't keep your controllers and never ship them back
to you, if you want to make sure that we have our real phone numbers on the site, call one of our numbers and we'll talk to
you a little bit about what the mod is before we take any action in modding it.
Q: What is the difference between a CG and Matrix board?
A: Look on our YouTube channel and there will be a video of how to tell the difference between each
style of controller without opening it. CG means new and Matrix means old.
